MY LAST HOLIDAY

My Last Holiday 

At the beginning of the holiday , my family and I went to Palembang to attend a cousin's wedding. I departed from Bandung on December 20 at 05.00 a.m. At first , my trip to Palembang was going well , but when I was in Kayu Agung toll road everything starts to become boring. Why ? Because we had to go another way because the toll road to Palembang was closed. Which made my trip boring , because the way was very traffic jam. Which should had taking only 4 hours , finally reached within 10 hours. After experiencing a tiring journey , we finally arrived at 01.00 p.m. We immediately rested because we were very tired. 

My first day in Palembang was quite pleasant , at 09.00 a.m. we went to visit another relatives. We finally went home at 13.00. In the afternoon we went to the Ampera Bridge to see Palembang at night. The view from the Ampera Bridge was amazing because we can see the lights of the city of Palembang at night and we can still see boats passing through the Musi River. After statisfied seeing the view from Ampera Bridge , finally we went home at 21.00. 

The next morning , we had started busy because today was the wedding day. We had been prepared since this morning just waiting for the bride to be ready. After the bride was ready , we goes to the reception place. 

When we got there we followed a series of traditional events. Such as Pedang Porah , Pagar Penganten dance and many others. Then we took a picture with a large family to remember this memories. After taking pictures we went home to prepare supplies to go back to Bandung. Then at 17:00 we left from Palembang for Bandung. And we arrived in Bandung at 12.00.
